An indigenous Slovenian variety originating from Haloze, also known as Štajerska Belina. This delicate yellow wine captivates with a subtle bouquet, with the aroma continuing into a medium-bodied wine with a slight creamy aftertaste. Its vibrancy brings a hint of tradition. The wine is suitable for everyday enjoyment and pairs well with the not-too-complex dishes of Prlekija cuisine. It’s also an excellent choice for summer days – perfect for relaxing on terraces. A rare variety, and even rarer as a varietal wine.

On the outskirts of the Ljutomer–Ormož wine-growing district, our vineyards stretch across Pavlovski Vrh—part of the famous Jeruzalem vineyards. We take great pride in these vineyard sites in Jeruzalem and its surroundings, which rank among the top three percent of the best locations in the world for white wines. It all began with just 1,200 vines in 1986, exclusively Šipon (Furmint). That was our humble beginning. Today, we cultivate 20,000 vines. Our vineyards thrive with varieties such as Šipon, Welschriesling, Kerner, Chardonnay, Müller-Thurgau, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Yellow Muscat, Pinot Noir, and Ranfol. The cellar has a capacity of 25,000 liters. Natural conditions, hard-working hands, and experience allow us to produce premium wines from regular harvests as well as special quality wines. The marl soils are ideal for our vines, which are on average 20 years old. Because we are solely focused on quality, we do not concern ourselves with quantity—every task is done in the vineyard. We take great pride in our late harvest wines, selection wines, and dry berry selections. Most importantly, we let the wine mature naturally in the cellar. We add nothing and take nothing away. Even the world-renowned and respected sommelier Guiseppe Vaccarini has praised our wines. Additionally, Tamlyn Currin gave an excellent rating to our Šipon Premium Late Harvest 2021 during a blind tasting of Šipon wines.
