At Doppler Wine House, they cultivate 9 hectares of vineyards with an ecological focus. The majority is planted with Laški rizling, followed by Rhine Riesling, Šipon, Muscat Ottonel, Sauvignon Blanc, Green Silvaner, Traminer, Blaufränkisch, and Zweigelt. The soil is primarily marl, and the vineyards are between 15 and 35 years old. The cellar has a capacity of 150,000 liters of wine.
