Altum

Since 1936, they’ve been nurturing a family tradition of viticulture and winemaking. In 2019, they elevated their organic viticulture by adopting biodynamic methods. Every autumn, their cellars see the rebirth of wines, macerated in clay and wooden vessels, fermented naturally and spontaneously without any additives during the winemaking process. These wines are produced from controlled and certified biodynamically grown grapes harvested from their own vineyards
