Pairs well with lighter meat dishes, such as chicken or fish. It can also be served with vegetable dishes, especially in spring (asparagus).

  • Vinification

    Vinification

Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks. Three harvests are carried out at different grape ripeness levels, with each vinified separately. After fermentation, the wines are blended on full lees until around February, after which the coarse lees are removed, and sulfur is added for the first time. In April, tasting and blending of the Sauvignons from the different harvests are conducted to create the final version. This is followed by at least three months of aging on fine lees. Bottling is planned for late August 2024.

Kušter

The Kušter Estate is located in Svečina, a small village right on the border with Austria. Viticulture and winemaking have an exceptionally long tradition here, and Vino Kušter is part of that heritage. For six generations—perhaps even more—our family has been dedicated to wine production, and fruit growing has always been an integral part of our farm.
