In an exceptional location with views of Pohorje, the Slovenske gorice hills, and the beautiful Jakobska Valley, lies the Senekovič Winery, surrounded by noble vines and rooted in a tradition that dates back to the 19th century. We cultivate over 5 hectares of vineyards, where Yellow Muscat predominates, followed by Sauvignon Blanc, Welschriesling, and Chardonnay, along with Kerner and Pinot Gris. Among the red varieties, we grow Pinot Noir, Zweigelt, and Blaufränkisch. Our vineyards, ranging from 3 to 50 years old, are located in close proximity to the winery, allowing for short transport routes and quick processing. The winemaking process utilizes gravity flow—from the destemmer and vinificator to the press and into the cellar. Annually, we produce around 25,000 liters of wine. With the help of modern cooling technology and traditional, environmentally friendly care, we craft premium wines known for their distinct harmony, intense character, and delightful freshness.
