Sparkling wine produced using the traditional method from Pinot Noir, enriched with an expedition liqueur made from the Velvet Black grapes of the Oldest Grapevine in the World. Despite its youth, this sparkling wine carries a sense of history and the resilience of this vine.

The sparkling wine has a delicate onion-pink color and a soft texture of fine bubbles. Its bouquet is mature, even ripe, dominated by ripe red fruits. Slightly sweeter and creamy on the palate, with pleasant acidity that gives the sparkling wine a refreshing character.
