Plateis, with over 250 years of winemaking tradition, continues the story that was first started on this estate by monks of the French order. This rich history is evidenced by the intricately crafted wooden ceiling dated 1743. In 1989, the vineyards were revitalized, and the estate transitioned into a dedicated winegrowing farm. Today, they cultivate 8 hectares of vineyards, carefully aging and bottling their wines themselves.
